Unfair disconnection

I am really disappointed with Multichoice and this is now becoming a consistent problem. I'm May 25/26th 2013 I payed my account, but ended being disconnected. No apology or no explanation was sent to explain the reason for my disconnection. I only received a reduction in my next month's installment. On the 29 July 2013 I payed R364 via FNB cellphone banking, but I wake up today my account has been disconnected.
I have not had a problem with Multichoice before but lately you guys have let me down.
