Service being disconnected when a payment has been

Good day

I have a formal complaint with multichoice my account or customer number is 68986180 account number: 1137468986180. The system was off line from the 28-09-2013 until today and I had been trying to make payment from Pep, chechers where I usually pay, but nothing. I finally made a payment on 02-10-2013 at checkers but today 06-10-2013 my DSTV has been disconnected. I phoned the call centre the lady was just not interested and she told me about the payment of R299.00 that I had paid last month. When I was talking about the payment i made on 02-10-2013 and why was my services disconnected, as they have been off line and they are still offline as I a writting this report. I am not winning I need my services to be reconnected as soo as possible and this is not fair to me as a customer it was their system that is off line and I have nothing to do with that also I made a payment and was disconnected 3 days after making the payment.
