Disconnected despite paying

I pay my DStv account by EFT, on the 1st or 2nd day of the month, and every month I am disconnected for 'non-payment'. On the 5th Jan I changed my payment date to the 10th of every month to avoid this situation. It is now the 13th, and I have been DISCONNECTED AGAIN!! I now have to spend up to an hour of my time on the landline number (they don't have a toll-free number) trying to sort out the mess. I don't WANT to pay by debit order, I want to control what goes off my account. I was told to mail my payment details to [Email Removed] which I did. Disconnected. Was then told it should go to [Email Removed] which I did. Disconnected AGAIN! This happens every month. Are Multichoice deliberately trying to make it as difficult as possible for those of us who choose to pay by EFT?? We already have to pay huge amounts for channels we never watch. I am furious. I am self-employed and every hour is money to me. And when are we going to be able to pay only for the channels we want? Unfortunately there is no viable alternative to DStv yet, but as soon as there is, I'm out of there.
