Disconnected AGAIN

Good day, This is the third time that I write... I got a response every time that one is looking into the matter. BUT nothing happens. The service is disconnected again... I am cut off this morning AGAIN!!
My last post:
There is nothing wrong with my payment (which I was told many times) still I have to phone every day to be connected. I really had enough! if this is not sorted out I would like my money back for half of the money as well all my tel. costs for 15 calls to your call centre. I did want to upgrade next month but having a service like in the last two month I think I will not. It seems to me that actually nobody cares and one just gets an answer: "We look into the matter and let you know". This is not acceptable and a waste of time and money.
