5 days diconnections

Good day,
I am with Multichoice for few years now and this month I was disconnected 5 days in a row. Everyday I phoned the call centre (I have 5 names from the consultant) the service was connected the next day I received an sms again that I am disconnected. This morning I lost my nerves because the lady told me I have to pay R 58.--before she told me I have to pay R 108--on the sms I was told to pay R 112.--
Normally I have to pay my account every 2nd of the month but I was early and paid already on the 26th of last month. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT IT IS BAD TO PAY FEW DAYS BEFORE THE PAYMENT IS NECESSARY... I would have not done that.
Like mentioned I had a zero outstanding amount and paid few days before the due date and apparently now I was disconnected because I should have paid on the 2nd. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!
I really would like an answer from someone at Multichoice and if possible connect me today because I paid for the service and have nothing outstanding! and no re -connection fee... I have never heard that you cannot pay an account few days earlier and be in trouble because of that.
