Services suspended without a valid reason

On the 28th of December 2013, I made a payment of R250 (inclusive of reconnection fee), and on the 30th of December 2013, my services were suspended without a valid reason, I then walked in at one of Multichoice agents in Kroonstad, they then contacted the Head Office and the Head Office reversed some charges which they couldn't explain what the charges were for, everything was sorted and I was advised that the only amount that I still have to pay will be R188 which is due by the 25th of January 2014, and to my surprise, my services were suspended again today (3 January 2013), I then went back to the agent, they were now telling me that I still have to pay R88.10, my question is, what's that R88.10 for??? Can you just justify the charges or give my money back, I'll consider other companies, this is not fair and its unethical
