I've been paying my DSTV account via Internet banking since i had my decoder but last month i was told that a payment of R300 i made on the 20 November 2013 is not reflecting on their system. I was asked to send proof of payment which i did and paid again R300 to avoid being disconnected. i haven't received any response from Multichoice since then i even sent an email. I want to know what is happening because the problem seems to be unresolved because I had to pay again for December.
