On the 22nd of Nov 2013 i paid R300 for my compact monthly subscription and on the 26th they disconnected my services and told told to pay further R245 and it was disconnected immediately without being given enough time to investigate about the payment i made, i have been phoning the Durban office but ive been sent from pillar to post i even sent proof of payment to payments@multichoice.co, za as instructed by one of the consultants. its been 3 days now without connection or correspondence from Multichoice.
