Paid Account Yet Disconnected

Our account was paid on the first of the Month only to be disconnected today, try and phone the customer care line and all you get is a automated machine telling you what to do. I emailed proof of payment to the payments department only to be told my problem will be resolved with in the next 24hrs. I find this totally unacceptable I have paid for a service and I am not getting one, what are you as multichoice going to give in return for no services rendered? I pay for a full package not half a package!
