On monday morning I realised I had not yet done the EFT for Multichoice. Made payment of R 700 on our due account of R 680 - I round up the payments every month. Multichoice is a beneficiary on the bank account and they have received all the previous months payments. This morning on the 6th the signal was disconnected. According to Multichoice due to non payment. When I advised payment was made I must email proof of payment, the response from the email is thank you for your query. We will attend to your query within 24 hours. I then phone and spoke to a consultant who told me I must pay reconnection fees too. I will not they messed up not me. The consultant then told me that I paid late and they are entitle to disconnect. Pathetic service I received today from Multichoice and I am extremely livid and disappointed. I always used to defend Multichoice against people who complained about them. No longer I promise you.
