Bad Sevice - Kirk Frankling Concert JHB

We were all excited to be part of what should have been a blessed evening with a performance by Kirk Franklin at Rhema Church in Randburg. This was not to be the case. Beside the show being very disorganised, the performance was lousy to say the least.
Firstly we all had to wait until 21:00 for doors to open for a show that should have started at 19:00. At no point did anyone inform us of the delay.
Then on doors opening, sound was not even checked yet.
Ofcourse since there were no ushers inside to direct people where to sit it just created chaos with everyone rushing to the front seats, some which they had not paid for.
The "MC" came out just to apologise to those ppl inconvenienced by seating not everyone for the delay.
Kirk came out to request for an explanation and an apology to all of us, Bishop Mpendulo Nkambule just came out to say "We apologise, this was things beyond" our control. So much for the explanation, least even the apology was not remorseful.
I trust they did a good job in Durban and never pull such a stunt again in JHB after we paid so much money for a pathetic concert. Needless to say Kirk was not what we had anticipated.
Very disappointed.
