I would like to lodge a complaint about the service we received from one of your branches in Witbank. I have been at and/or sent someone to exchange a faulty decoder at their shop and the service was not good at all. I have been given a faulty decoder twice already and today I sent my Niece to go and exchange it and was told that they did not have signal and therefore they could not help us. A lady by the name of Chantel took my number and said she would call and as always they did not.

I am staying in Kriel which is about 40 km away from Witbank and costs about R 200 per trip. Which means I have already spent R600 just on traveling to and fro. I cannot afford to travel to their shop to exchange a decoder every second week. The money for the faulty decoder has already been debited from my account and I feel I am entitled to a refund.
