Eally dissappointed with multichoice again

I put on xtraview and I had a problem with my signal and I called their custormer call centre and suprisingly I wasted close to 100 of airtime and I didn't get any help from them. And again today my secondary decoder is not working and I called the call centre this morning I spent 90Rand airtime and I didn't get any help its like they have a device tha detects that your airtime is about to be finish because they only answer when you have less than a minute remaining. As of now I'm not watching any tv despite the fact that my payment is up to date and their call centre is not answering even if they do, you will waste 150 of airtime and not being helped at the end. Maybe I expected a lot from them, but i would not recommend them to any one. Their service really left much to be desired. If the was another service provide who provides the same service like they do I would leave them. They tell you to sms the area code and 10 numbers of your smart card and your problem will be attanded to in 15minutes but I did that this morning till now nothing is happening. This is not a way of treating custormers. Its like you must beg them to help you they forget that we are paying custormers
