Multichoice - cant provide the solution on my PVR

Good Day

I am sorry to say that after 15 years being a loyal customer of Multichoice they are really not worried about my the issue I am having with the PVR. over a week ago I have spoke to numerous agents at the call centre and each one has given me different opinions of what the issue is and has not been resolved.

Its now a week and on Sunday I was advised to take the decoder to their offices as its faulty. I took the decoder to Mopanya mall and the agent said the decoder is faulty, never the less they then took out two other new decoders from the box but was giving the same error when doing the software upgrade.
Finally its now almost an hour there, the supervisor mentions that its Multichoice who has not send through the software upgrade and there nothing wrong with the new decoder. What now confused me was that they replaced me with another decoder but then it means there was nothing wrong with my own decoder.

the agent at Mopanya mall advised the supervisor at Randburg that the decoder was working... what a as they seen it had the error... the service is not acceptable at all
