Had a faulty decoder and called into Call centre on Sunday. The lady that assisted me was great and the conclusion was that my decoder is faulty and had to be taken for repairs. Drove to Randburg call centre and was helped by a gentleman who confirmed the PSU of my decoder was faulty. The PSU was exchanged and the technician tested the decoder to be working. Brought the decoder home and installed it into my house RF network with secondary decoder. I could not get any RF signal or remote control through RF network.

I called the call centre again to highlight my concerns and was helped by an incompetent gentlemen that insisted that my installation is faulty or I have to bring the decoder in again because it is faulty. After terminating the call because I was not getting any joy from him I fiddled further and realised that the repair centre had reset the decoder and all the installed settings which included the output tuner and remote setting were incorrect. After battling through the menus and using my own logic the system was working 30 mins later.

The call centre should have assisted better in this matter. The last guy that was supposed to help was useless and needs training.
