My Decoder suddenly displayed a bE1 error a few nights ago and after trying to fix it multichoice told me the decoder must be fixed at their repair centre. To spare time and effort a borrowed a decoder from someone, but now multichoice says my smartcard cannot work in the alternate decoder and I must wait till Saturday (when its convenient for me to take the decoder), in the meanwhile I am paying for a service I cannot use due to multichoices inability to go the extra mile. The main issue I have is that the contact centre staff is simply rude and unwilling to listen to the issue before they even try and help and speak down to one when you phone in for help. A month ago my contract was suspended due to them not activating the debit order we requested, and when my wife phoned in to ask what the issue was the agent was rude and told her she must handle her finances better.
