A while back I bought a dstv decoder package @ R499-00 which included installation to one point. I only needed the equipment to replace my existing faulty equipment. The Multichoice agent did not want to supply the goods to me before the decoder was registered. No where on the decoder package it states that you need to register the decoder and the seller also did not mention that. I connected the new decoder and the call centre informed me that I cannot get my SELECT 2 package on the new decoder. At a previous occasion multichoice did inform me that if I migrate to another package I cannot revert back to the Select 2 package as it was discontinued. In this instance I only need to replace a faulty decoder. The only affordable package with KYKNET is the SELECT 2 package as I cannot afford the premium packages.
