Decoder Not Returned

On or about 15 February I took my decoder into the Benoni agents of Multichoice as it was faulty. A Week later I was contacted to fetch it. Testing at the shop revealed that their was no power - after waiting a whole week, a faulty decoder is returned to the customer. It was returned to Multichoice and since then I have had no decoder - now for another 2 weeks. I spoke to a 'supervisor' at Multichoice on 7/3/2013, Freddie Williams, who promised to look into the matter. 24 hours later I have not heard a word from him, and contacting him on his direct line is a problem as it appears to be out of order.
The people at the shop in Benoni are doing their best to help but their hands are tied. They have also phoned Multichoice and at one stage were told that the machine had been 'dispatched'. That was 5 days ago.
This is appalling service. The decoder is insured, the premium is paid monthly with no problem and I sit now for 3 weeks with nothing.
