Decoder full of problems

Hi,

I know this isn't a person responsible but still, when I set my decoder to record for a week and I come back and it hasn't, I am naturally very upset. The decoder just seems to get stuck and then records nothing!! These pvr decoders seem very finicky and get stuck a lot! Please tell me if I leave my decoder the wrong way when I want it to record, because faulty software on the decoder is unacceptable.

Please take note that this happens often, if you can, fix it.
