The level of incompetence displayed by the Multichoice staff members is truly legendary. Three months ago I downgraded my subscription to a Compact package and even cancelled my debit order because I was no longer working and opted to pay cash, which I've been doing for the past two months at President Hyper in Krugersdorp. On the 22 November I received an SMS asking me to pay R1931.56 which I ignored thinking they will pick up after my payment that I've downgraded and am up to date with my payments. Please note that when I downgraded in September, the full premium amount of about R730 was already deducted and I was informed that I had a credit which will be set off against my next subscription. This month I paid the R370 but guess what, my service has been suspended and I have a message that I need to pay R1561.56 plus the reconnection fee. To say that this is an inconvenience is is a gross understatement. This is definitely not the first time I had to complain on HelloPeter for Multichoice's incompetence. I demand that my service be immediately reconnected, all alleged outstanding monies be cancelled and that I be compensated with at least 1 month subscription for my inconvenienc
