Greed for money overrides customer comfort

On opening night of the 3 hour long 'Long Road to Freedom' the packed theatre in which the movie was screened did not have aircon. When I went to complain to the manager, he was well aware of the non-functional unit, but had neglected to inform the patrons or move the screening to a different theatre. I find this contempt for the South African consumer annoying and highly infuriating. It seems the money takes precedence over an enjoyable customer experience.
