Non-existing automatic reconnection

I am a multichoice customer without a debit order, my service gets suspended time and again due to non-payment. However multichoice states that the moment you pay your subscription must be reconnected automatically without me having to call the call center. This has never happened for ages, time and again I have to call the call center for reconnection, and just yesterday I had to wait on the line for more than 45 minutes with no agent picking up my line. I paid my full subscription but till now I have not been reconnected. I do not have the patience to wait on the line for an hour. PLEASE reconnect my service.
