My debit order of R655 goes off on the 3rd of each month and last month on March 4th I called in to have my subscription downgraded from Premium to Compact, then my account was in advance with R315 as the consultant said. the very same day I made a transfer of R370 so that I can be two months ahead. but now as I view my statement online. it reflects an amount due..how come?
