CHARGING CUSTOMERS WRONG AMOUNTS

MULTICHOICE ACTIVATED AND CHARGED ME FOR THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION WHILE I ASKED THEM TO ACTIVATE THE COMPACT SO I CAN PAY FOR COMPACT SUBSCRIPTION. I CALLED BEFORE THE END OF MAY TO ACTIVATE MY DSTV ACCOUNT WHICH WAS CLOSED AROUND MARCH DUE TO MY LITTLE SISTER'S DISCIPLINARY MEASURES. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CALL CENTRE AGENT, I TOLD HIM THAT I WANT TO OPEN MY DSTV ACCOUNT AND LET THE ACCOUNT STAY AS A COMPACT. HE THEN CALCULATED ALL THE AMOUNTS I HAD TO PAY WHICH WERE, THE AMOUNT I WAS OWING FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH, THE AMOUNT FOR THE OUTSTANDING DAYS OF THE MONTH (MAY), THE RECONNECTION FEE AND THE FULL COMPACT AMOUNT FOR JUNE INCLUDING THE DCC WHICH I PAYED IN ADVANCE. IT IS VERY FUNNY NOW THAT I OWE MULTICHOICE MONEY THAT I DIDNT AGREE ON AND WHEN I ASK FOR THE PHONE CALL RECORDINGS WHICH WERE TAKEN WHEN I RECONNECTED MY ACCOUNT, THEY ARE FAILING. I WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE REMOVED FROM PREMIUM AND PUT BACK TO COMPACT AND RECALCULATE MY PAYMENTS STARTING FROM THE TIME ASKED FOR THE COMPACT TO BE ACTIVATED. ALL THIS CAN BE PROVEN ONLY IF I CAN GET THE PHONE CALL RECORDING. I BELIEVE ITS WITHIN MY RIGHTS TO HAVE THE RECORDING AS THIS IS GOVERNED BY CPA...
