I called in last monday on the 4th of March spoke to Mike about downgrading my subscription from Premium to Compact, even received a message that my services have been amended but till today I still have Premium channels.. Im concerned because i have paid in advance for compact and I dont want any surprises that I owe a certain amount for services I had long downgraded.
