I'm frustrated by Multichoice, I'm paying for their incompetence of their staff at the Zinniaville outlet. In July 2012, I went to the outlet to re-new my smart as the sms from Multichoice had said. At the outlet those young girls and boys where chatting about the weekend affairs in front of a customer hence they did not do as I had requested instead they re-activated my Dstv which I had suspended because I had moved to a new house which did not have electricity at that time. So activated full view whilst I've always activated compact on my dual view. At the end of the month Multichoice deducted the amount for full view which I reversed. I contacted Multichoice several times to resolve this matter and to date this matter has been resolved. I have incurred expenses by always calling them regarding this, not once have I been contacted by an superiors! I re-activated my compact in November and have since been paying the monthly subscription. On the 15th May I paid at the self service at the same outlet for the month 16 May-16 June. On the 18th my subscription has been suspended. I called yet again and spoke to Dudu who told me I have to pay R253.93 pro rata, for what as I've been payin
