Service suspended after payment

I have made payment to dstv on the 21/11/2013 09:21 and my service has been suspended as according to then the monthly subscription has not been played yet. If you call in theirs a voice prompt giving a email address but the emails do not go threw. The only email going threw is to enquiries (case no 4342329) but they have not respond yet.
