NO REPLY?? ACCOUNT SUSPENDED NOT MY FAULT

On 17 July I sent an email to Multichoice to change the banking details. I received a reply email from then confirming that my debit order details had been changed on their system. Case number: 3739163.
My internet banking hadn't been activated yet, and on 5 August 2013 I sent another email asking whether the debit order had gone off since I couldn't look myself. Once again I received no response.
On 6 August my account was suspended. I emailed again the morning asking to please email me the amount due so my account could be unsuspended. Once again no reponse. I went ahead and paid the R627 premium subscription fee anyway. I emailed them today, 7 August again with the proof of payment, no reponse again!
Since I changed the banking details on time (they confirmed the changed of details on the 19th, a full 12 days before the 31st-the date of the debit order), and followed up asking to please check before the account got suspended, I dont believe I should pay ANY reconnection fee. I also paid the full month's subscription and my account is still suspended. SIES DSTV, I have yet to receive a reply email from you. When will my TV be on again? How much follow up should you do??
