Paid up account suspended!

I paid my account on the 1st of December 2013. It was suspended on Tuesday, the 2nd.

I have a premium subscription with DSTv, pays R695 a month, telephone costs of R200. Totaling to R895! This is what I pay for NO service at all.

I have tried to get in contact with DSTv using multiple avenues, but no real person can actually get back to me.
All I get is the voice of an automated service. Is this the case of office shut down?

I received feedback from the following people, Katleho Motingwa and Nikiwe Ngwenya via email. They requested me to send them the proof of payment, after I have already sent it to their payments departments: [Email Removed] I have sent 15 mails in total, attaching my proof of payment in every single email and still with no actual feedback or progress on my account suspension.

My account has been suspended for a week now. So why do I need to pay up for such poor service! Clearly this is LUDICROUS!

Such unprofessionalism should be taken up with Carte Blanche.
