LAST WEDNESDAY I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR A DOUBLE PREMIUM SUBSCIPTION AFTER SWAPPING MY STANDARD DEF DECODER ON OCT 11 WHICH I HAD LINKED UP TO A HIGH DEF DECODER IN EXTRAVIEW. AFTER THE SWAP I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO PREMIUM SUBS EVEN THOUGH THE ADRESS FOR ALLEGED SUBS WERE THE SAME. I GOT A RESPONSE FROM AMANDA AT MULTICHOICE SAYING THEY WOULD RESPOND WITHIN 56 HOURS BUT NO SURPRISE SIX DAYS LATER STILL NOTHING.
