Paid in full and on time but account suspended

Once again my account with Multichoice has been suspended despite the fact that my payment for R 1201.66, which was due on the 28th of April 2013 was made on the 27th of April.

No SMS warning, just suspended.

Why was it suspended?

Having had my account suspended on a regular basis when I have been making the full payment required each month before the due date, I suspect that Multichoice may be trying to send me a message - sign a debit order!

Sad, if this is the case.

For now I am just going to have to live with the frustration.

Anyone out there have any ideas?
