Subscription suspended

Our dstv subscription was suspended today.
When we pay our R695 subscription via EFT each month, our online banking is set to send proof of payment to the relevant email/fax. Our account reference number is set on our DSTV beneficiary and does not change. I have my bank statements going back to last year of all payments made. Everything is in order and up to date.
We continually receive messages stating that we need to pay additional odd amounts as well as double payments!

The last time i spoke to a consultant (in May) they said there was no record of payment since Febuary!!!???
She also told me that we pay via Debit order - which we dont! - I pay via manual eft each month.
I have had no feed back from anyone since we had issues in May, yet we were re-connected back then. I sent proof of payment to many different email/fax addresses I was given by consultants - still no feed back?

Something is not right at your accounts department. We are not willing to pay the reconnection fee.
Please assist.
