DSTV Channels Always Have Error Codes

Good day

I would like to report the continuous poor service by Multichoice. I have a DSTV account but it is always being suspended due to various error codes. I have tried to clear them myself using the self-service portal on their website but then I am informed that I must contact the call centre. About two weeks ago the error on my TV screen was "account suspended" and today it said "verifying subscription". I again called the call centre and all the lady said was, I have sent through the signal and it should clear in 5 minutes. It has been two hours and the signal is still suspended. Over and above that, my account is debited on a monthly basis by Multichoice for payment of my DSTV account. My account can therefore not be suspended because of lack of payment. Not only am I paying money for a service that I do not always get but I also have to spend countless minutes on hold waiting to speak to a call centre agent. I find this service poor and disgusting. Every month my account is debited for the full amount but I do not get the benefit of the full service. This does not seem fair.
