Its been two weeks in a row of phone call to the dstv call center and each time i get the same response it wont happen again. im so closing to blowing my top on this... really now. my dstv account is up to date all of you flippen say that... there isnt anything wrong with me... its you!!! your system and what ever else. im tired of it.
if this problem continues i think it better that i dont pay till i know for sure that i will have services rendered to me.
if your system keeps suspending my acc over night every night... iv gone for over 5 days with out any tv in between it being off and reactivated. it is now off again after the 4th call i made with my money yet again calling you to fix your problem on my account... i dont get why i should keep paying for something thats not right on that side... FIX IT!!!
if this issure persist im sure guessing we cal talk round cancellation and my money back please... as im sure that you know that this is a violation of my consumer and customer rights. iv payed for a month i want a month. iv settled my side i would appropriate that you do the same ASAP... before this gets out of hand.
