Slow system updates and bad service

Paid my dstv account yesterday at round about lunch time, at the kiosk provided at the Multichoice office in Stellenbosch expecting my dstv will be on obviously, on arrival at home my dstv was still not on, so I called the call centre to report the problem only to find out my payment has not been updated and that it will only be updated the next day (and this was after phoning 3 times) after waiting for almost a hour.

So I decided to cool down and wait, spending a whole day without dstv and waking up the next morning my dstv was still not on and on the phone again I was after wasting a lot of airtime an my money on a problem that should not become mine, it should not be my problem that your system is slow uploading my payment and it did become my problem because I had to waste further money for buying airtime, listening to the a irritating voice on your call centre line before being put thru to the call centre and when I did come thru to the call centre they told me that I had to fax or e mail the prove of payment like I have a fax machine or scanner to do this.

It should not be or become my problem to phone around and send prove of payment after I already did my duty to pay my account
