DSTV SYSTEM OFFLINE WHEN PAYING THE ACCOUNT AT PEP

I'm tired of experiencing the same problem every month when i go to pay my DSTV account at Pep Store (corner Voortreeker and Kempston Avenue) in Benoni. What surprises me is that when i go to other pep stores they don't give me this trouble. I would request Hello Peter, DSTV, Pep Head Office to make some investigation on the above matter and check how many payments for DSTV Account do they receive on month end, that will serve as a proof that clearly this store is not doing what they are payed for (If DSTV pays them for this service).

PLEASE HELP!
