I am still finding it very difficult to understand what is going on between you and MTN.

Up until now, l still have not received subscription keys on my phone and therefore has no channels or any streaming.

I have contacted MTN on several occasion as you have asked me to do. Mtn made it cleat that the problem is from you side.

I have called your {dstv} line -0112893000, 0112892207 and they said they can not find my subscription on the system.

I subscribed for a one month mobile DSTV plan on the 20th of May of which R49 was deducted, i am tired and confused that l have to go back and forth between DSTV AND MTN.

I have spent more that R50 calling DSTV customer care above and my DSTV mobile is still not working.

I am tired of clling you and l will expect that your customer care call my MTN number and send me subscription keys.
