I reactivated my DSTV account after not having DSTV for a year. And what headaches!!

I asked for it to be reactivated, and am still not sure if it is cause the call center won't get back to me. After leaving 3 call me backs, and sending a few e-mails to their call center and technical help, I am still in the dark. I tried calling last night but I was 27th in the queue and I will not be wasting my own money on airtime just because the call center is incompetent. Now that I am paying for DSTV, surely someone would assist me so that I can actually watch it?!
