I have been paying DSTV on debit order for about 10 years. I have recently tried and the key word TRIED to activate box office.

After the 20th call and about 7000th conformation my box office still does not work.

When I phoned this morning very frustrated and the staff at the call centre said:
1. Box Office needs a separate account (So why do you advertise the movies get added to my account?)
2. They can see my debit order but say I pay my account in cash?
3. My debit order is non-compliant: What does this even mean?

Everyone in that office has a different story and when I ask for a way to resolve this issue I get a 2 min silence with no answer.

When I ask for a manager I can't be transferred "They don't have phones" What call centre manager does not have access to a phone? Hence the name CALL CENTRE.

I have never in my life came across more incompetent people in my life than the guys at the DSTV call centre.

Before I was cut-off the last time the solution I got was:

1. You pay your account in cash (But we can see the debit order)
2. Your debit order is non-compliant.

DSTV/Box Office thanks for this great solution to not solve my problems...
