Lately Im getting an error: "e19-4 error service is currently scrambled. Your subscription to this channel has expired. Contact your provider to reconnect"

This only seem to happen on weekends since I couldnt use it the whole of last weekend either and on Friday boom same problem. I reset device via hardware button and online and even called in and all dstv can do is reset from their side, but still nothing.

Needless to say this is driving me crazy as I mainly use the device on weekends for sport.

If I send dstv emails they only reply days later and to expensive calling everytime and the call center tells me they cannot call me back.

This is really driving me crazy as Im paying for a service I cannot use and in a few days its billing time again! This is not exceptable!!!

Pls dstv I cannot keep calling you guys about the same problem only to have this resolved for a few days and after a few days.
