On Sunday the 10th of November we where watching Top Tv with no problems at all. Coming back from church I experienced problems with my Top TV signals. I contacted the call centre and was advised to unplug the decoder for 15 sec and switch it back on where by the Top Tv was reset. The call centre couldn't help me and advised to me to get a technician out. I asked the consultant to get someone to phone me back as I want to speak to a supervisor. I'm not happy. About 4 months ago i had the same problem and paid a technician R280 WHICH HE TOLD ME THE CALL CENTRE COULD HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM TELEPHONICALLY AND THAT THEY MUST REFUND MY MONEY, IT NEVER HAPPENED. TODAY IS WEDNESDAY 13TH November no call back received from Top Tv CALL CENTRE SO ONCE again we phoned them and spoke to Nomabela and was advised to get a technician but will block our account till sorted out. Now once again i must pay a call out fee of R280 for a problem that is caused by you. I mean one moment the system is working 100% and after an hour not working.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Hope you can assist with this problem as i am not willing to pay any more money for technicians as i feel the problem is with TOP TV.
