Still being billed after being disconnected

I had cancelled my DSTV service as I left SA on assignment. I got a reference number etc, but after a few months i noticed that i was still being billed. I called in and got a case number 4203741 and was advised that it would be corrected and the charges reversed. However, in my last bank statemetn, i see that nothing has been done about it. What do i have to do to stop Mulitchoice debiting my account?
