My name is Roopchund Ghirao I am a frequent punter at Hollywood bets via telephone, today I called in an played a p.a in hong kong happy valley, for R50 which is R50 times, after calling out the numbers the consultant then confirmed and verified the the numbers on the line which was correct. In the evening I called the call center to check the balance on the account, the amount was low and incorrect as the pa numbers had won, I then called the call center and spoke to a lady (Nah) who said she will listen to the call and give me a call back, Nah did call back saying there was no such bet taken, I then asked her to play me the recording she refused to play and for me to listen to the recording, while explaining to her she cut me off, I called again and she cut me of the second time, I called back and spoke to Jason the Manager, who also refused to let me explain and cut me off, I called back and told Jason I need to recording to be played or the matter going to get worst, he then played the clip for me, as the clip played it on then it suddenly goes blank where I can't hear my bet, for sure my voice clip was cut out, when trying to explain to Jason he says his late to go home and cuts me off. Bad
