On friday 4th oct 2013, I called the call centre with my issue which was my bb10 service on my blackberry z10 had expired and that when I tried to recharge it, I got a sms that said R19 will be deducted on date 0000-00-00 and the service will expire on the 0000-00-00. No money has bee taken, but the problem is I can't regharge the service. The agents advised me on some manual steps to do on the phone which did not work. I have been transfered between call centre and datd call centre, then I was told my problem will be logged an a tecnichan will call me back with in 12hrs. Today is sunday the 6th oct 2013. And 12hrs passed long ago, but no technician has got back to me. I called the call centre again tody and ws told its sunday so the technicians will call me maybe tomorrow. I use my bbm for business purpose and I've lost the whole weekends business already. I had a friend wit the sme problem and it was sorted out in 2hrs. I have to wait a life time before something can be done. And the ref num I got was S3-T3027-76PDU, that all I got since friday morning.
