Terrible service at Hatfield VW Bryanston

After a warning light went on in my Polo last year, I booked it in at VW Bryanston. I explained the problem to the technician who after working on it confirmed that everything was now fine. A few months later I had the same problem and was unable to take the car back to Byanston so I thought when I take it for a service I will have it checked. I then booked it in 2 weeks ago for a service and again explained to the technician the previous problem that was not resolved. When I fetched my car I was told that everything was now 100%. As soon as I left the warning came on again and I contacted he technician. Firstly when I called he was not available and I was promised that he would call me back. He didn't. I had to call back and explained the situation and again he promised to call back and 2 weeks later still nothing. I even spoke to the stand in manager for the workshop who promised that this would be resolved and still No resolution. I was advised by the same technician that the problem I'm having is actually a manufacturing fault which cannot be fixed by VW themselves!! Is this what you call service??? My confidence in the product is now lost!
