NO SIGNAL FOR DAYS!!!

Due to the inclement weather I have been experiencing problems with my Top TV signals. I have contacted the call centre numerous times to my dismay. Every time you call to report this you are asked to reset the box. Some days I was able to view the programmes in bits & pieces unable to follow the storyline but blamed it on the inclement weather. However as of yesterday the 10/11/2013 18:30 I have had ENOUGH of the break in signals because yesterday there was absolutely NO signals. I called the call centre & was advised by MO that I must do a reset AGAIN to no avail, he was supposed to call me back on my cell phone but tried twice & GAVE UP. So I called the call centre again & spoke to Keletho at 18:55 who adv that she CANNOT call me back as she was an inbound call centre agent & adv that I need to get a technician out at MY OWN COST. Firstly your Agents need to learn how to calm irate clients & not get worked up themselves, secondly for how long will this signal prob continue & y must I foot the bill for a technician to have a look at the box at my own cost, . You have rec the monthly subs & I am NOT GETTING SERVICES from you. Should I not get any joy then I will go to the CPA!!!
