DSTV makes mistake, cust bearing the consequences

Long story short, I have spoken to three agents, mailed Dstv more than 4 times and still my concern has not been resolved.
It looks like Dstv does not take customer concerns serious, there has even been a incident that when they called, the line cut, my concerns was not dealt with and no call back and sits still pending / not resolved

Long story short...
M y Dstv has now been disconnted for the past 5 days even thought I paid for the month and the amount they requesting is an amount that is not correct but also spoke to an agent and they said this payment will be deducted via my direct debit which is how my account is paid every month... but Dstv / Multiochocie still decides to disconnect...
I sent another mail yesterday and I have still not received any correspondence...

Dstv over promises customers and clearly underdelivers...
