Our DSTV was disconnected and I phoned to get the full outstanding amount and they gave me an amount what I did pay as soon as I spoke to them. I phoned back and they did tell me they received my payment and that all is in order! I went home that nigth and DSTV was still off!! I phoned them again and after holding on for almos forever they switched it back on again. All my airtime finished on my account that was not my fualt!! Now I got a message from DSTV saying I need to pay an amount of R78.00 or ells my DSTV will be disconnected!! This was not my mistake they gave me the wrong amount!!! I cant pay that amount now put they said its not their problem DSTV will be disconnected I cant understand how they can make this my problem if they are not clever enough to work with the account I am so angry there is NO SERVICE at DSTV they just dont care!!
