Econnection fee to be paid when I was'nt at fault

Yesterday I phoned dstv call centre to request them to open all my dstv channels for 15days and I was advised by an agent from call centre dstv to pay R172.63 as I had already paid R275 for my dstv compact I use every month... and around 20:00 I made a transfer of that amount, BUT to my surprise I was disconnected today and when I asked another call centre agent from dstv why she said I was given an incorrect information I initially had to pay R350... so she said I must now pay R177.35 and I was gladly going to pay that specific amount NOW because an agent of dstv call centre made a miscalculation I HAVE TO PAY R50 COONNECTION FEE... I just got an sms from dstv that reads: We regret that we've had to suspend your account services. For activation pls pay R227.35 (THIS AMOUNT NOW INCLUDES A CONNECTION FEE) It is unfair for dstv to expect me to pay for a connection fee when I was misquoted I mean I took my time and enquired about an amount that I should pay and I paid it but now I get disconnected and am expected to pay R50 because of an agent that made incorrect calculations...
