DSTV SWITCHED OFF AFTER PAYMENT

Good day
I have made a payment on my DSTV account, a few days later I received an notification that my DSTV will be disconnected if I don't pay my account.
So I contacted DSTV and told them that I did pay my account, they requested that I need to send my proof of payment.
I have scanned my slip and e-mailed it to them and the replied...
"We have received your payment for R99.00 dated 26 October 2013."
This morning my DSTV was switched off and I now I need to pay an additional R50 to reactivate it!!!
How is this possible?
